Towns System (Claiming)
This page will give a brief introduction to claiming with the towns system!
Town Introduction
This system is the main way to claim on the server and collaborate with others to make an impressive community of your own. You can make your own farming chunks, sub let chunks to other players in the town, level up your town to increase the amount you can claim and so much more!
Basic Town Commands
/town help | This provides the basic list of the commands you can do with the plugin
/town create {name} | This is how you create your town and doing this in the chunk you are in will set that as your home chunk and your claim begins there
/town about {town_name} | This shows information about your town and others
/town claim | Claim another chunk you are currently in, a coloured dust outline appears for the area you just claimed on the floor so be sure to look out for that
/town unclaim | Unclaims the chunk you're standing in
/town autoclaim | Begins autoclaiming chunks for you whenever you travel into one that isn't claimed
/town map | Shows nearby towns on a map in chat, however it is easier if you use /map and see the outlines near you on google
/town disband | This disbands your current town you are the head of
/town color | A fun little feature that allows you to change the color of your town on the server (this shows on the /map, in-game map, chunk border dust colour and lots of other things)
This summarises some of the main commands but there is a lot more in-game so be sure to use /town help to view the full array of commands
Town Levels
You can claim more land by levelling up your town. This requires a lot of money to do so but you do not have to level up your town to the max to see some real benefits.
You can level up your town using the */town level* command which shows how much you need to level up and what you should get next.
What does town levelling get you?
Increases the growth rate of crops in chunks labelled as farm chunks by yourself
Increases the spawn rate of mobs in chunks labelled as farm chunks by yourself
Gets you more chunks that are able to be claimed
Allows you to have more players in your town
Town Alliances and Enemies
You can form alliances, enemies and neutralities when you are the leader of your own town using the */town relations* command.
Having an ally makes you able to grant them an additional property in which you both co-live and mingle together.
Having an enemy means not a lot as wars are not enabled on the server (unless this changes in the future). However it is just a little bit of fun to pretend to be angry at eachother.
Having a town as a neutral position doesn't actually mean anything because that is the default position you have with another town.
